Il 4 settembre in Molise si vota per scegliere il candidato della coalizione di centrosinistra alle prossime elezioni regionali. Tutt*, dal PD che sostiene il candidato che era(?) di centrodestra Di Laura Frattura, ai partiti della sinistra come SeL, Rifondazione, PdCI, fino ad associazioni e movimenti come CambiAMO il Molise sono impegnati, su diverse posizioni, in questa competizione elettorale. Tratturi meets the migrants – Tratturi rencontre les immigré(e)s – Tratturi incontra i migranti
Yesterday some “Tratturi” editors (Alessia, Laura, Pietro and Manuel) went to the hotel “Le Cupolette” in Vinchiaturo to meet the migrants that have been living there for about 3 months. They were all living in Libia when the war began. They are still waiting for Italian authorities to meet their requests to get the refugee status.
We participated in their daily Italian lesson, held by Chiara Zappone, and we talked with them about the difficult situation they are facing. They don’t know whether or not their refugee status will be recognized by Italian government, they dont’ know how long they will have to wait for an aswer, and Italian law forbids them to have a job in the meanwhile. We also talked about their hopes, their projects, their rights. (Our conversation took palce in English, France, Italian and Arabic. Interpeter Jaouad Daoudi helped us translating each other).
We would like to say “thank you” to all of them for their kind hospitality and for collaborationg with us. We are going to publish soon a large inquiry about the situation of refugees in Molise. Stay tuned.
Hier quelques rédacteurs et rédactrices de Tratturi ont été à Vinchiaturo à l’hotel Le Cupolette pour rencontrer les 28 immigré(e)s qu’y habitent depuis quelques mois. Ils se sont enfuis de la Libie et maintenant ils sont en attente d’une réponse à leur demande du “status di rifugiati”.
Nous avons participé au cours d’italien tenu par Chiara Zappone; grace à l’aide indispensable de l’interprète Jaouad Daoudi nous avons parlé avec les immigré(e)s de leurs situation difficile (selon la loi italienne ils ne peuvent pas travailler, ils ne savent pas s’ils obtiendront ou pas leur permis et quand, donc ils vivent dans l’attente), de la lenteur et du manque d’efficience des bureaux d’immigration italiens. Nous avons parlé aussi de leurs espoirs et projets, de leurs droits.

Pizza di grandinio, spaghetti di riso e cous cous
Reduci da un’estenuante riunione di redazione (perché quando ci ritroviamo tutti sul posto per le vacanze ne approfittiamo per sviscerare le questioni accumulate in mesi di comunicazioni elettroniche), non paghi, alcuni eroici redattori e alcune instancabili redattrici di tratturi si sono recate ieri sera a Ripalimosani per la “Giornata della multicultura” , un’iniziativa organizzata dall’amministrazione comunale insieme all’associazione interculturale “Primo marzo”.
